Foreign news agencies reported on 20 February that Mr. Peter Columbia who was the Swizerland diver who breaking the recorded by holding a breath for the longest time in the world with 19 minutes and 21 seconds. The last recorded was David Blaine who can holding a breath for 17 minutes 4 seconds. At that time in Oprah Whimpy in 2008 Peter's can only do it for 16 minutes 32 seconds. Until this year Peter come back to achieve the same prosition.

In my opinion, I think he is very brilliant because I can only do it for 3 seconds.
